The Perfect Getaway
Sunshine Cozy Cottages is a perfect getaway for couples with or without children. You can enjoy your own little stand-alone cottage with privacy to celebrate your anniversary, birthdays or just get away from your normal activities.
Relax and soak up the sun in our courtyard or walk about 300 feet to the beach. We are located right in the heart of Indian Rocks Beach with fancy and not-so-fancy restaurants, bars and shops, both north and south of us, all within walking distance.
Just down the street is a water park for the kids. Only about ½ hour away are Tampa, St Petersburg, and Clearwater Beach. These cities offer more beaches and more activities to do—theaters, concerts, museums etc.
Sunshine Cozy Cottages is not new and we are not fancy, but we are very comfortable, affordable, quiet and a fun place to come and have a wonderful family vacation and you can even bring your dog.
Amenities
Sunshine Cozy Cottages has full-size kitchens with standard size refrigerators and stoves and are fully supplied with a microwave, a coffee maker, dishes, utensils, pots and pans, dish towels, and more.
We are proud of our huge courtyard with a BBQ and chairs for parties and family events such as birthday parties, anniversaries, weddings and more!
We supply beach chairs and beach towels for our guests.
We have free Wi-Fi and cable TV in each cottage and ample free parking for you and your guests.
There is a laundry room on the premises.
We have porches with a table and chairs for relaxing and reading or before eating enjoying alfresco.

HOW WE STACK UP
Sunshine Cozy Cottages consists of 14 lovely, picturesque cottages on almost an acre of land. As is mentioned elsewhere on our website, our cottages have quite a history. Make sure you read about us there.
All of our cozy cottages have one or two bedrooms, a full kitchen with standard appliances and a full bathroom. All of our bedrooms have Serta Presidential, Double Pillow Top, queen-size mattresses for your extra comfort. Free Wi-Fi and cable TV are included in all units.
Units #1, #2 and #4 are all cute and cozy one-bedroom cottages — each uniquely decorated. These cottages all have porches facing the large grassy courtyard with tables and chairs for alfresco dining, morning coffee and Florida beach-style enjoyment. There is a free parking place next to each cottage.
Unit #3 is very unique. It has the same layout as units #1, #2 and #4, but the porch has been built in and made into a small extra bedroom. This unit is suitable for a couple with a child, a parent and a child, two sisters/brothers or two friends. There is a free parking place next to this cottage.
Units #5, #6, #7 and #8 are all two-bedroom units — each uniquely decorated. They have porches facing the grassy courtyard with tables and chairs for alfresco dining, morning coffee and plain Florida beach-style enjoyment. These units are set up to house 4 people. There is a queen-size, pullout couch that can accommodate another two people. There is a small added charge for any extra guests.
Units #11 and #15 are one-bedroom cottages that have a different layout than the other one-bedrooms. These cottages all have porches facing the large grassy courtyard with tables and chairs for alfresco dining, morning coffee and Florida beach-style visit with cottage & units with cottages. Cottages 9&12 each have a queen size, pull out couch that can accommodate another two people. There is a small added charge for the guests. These units all have free parking next to them.
Cottage 14 is the home to our on-site maintenance man. Let him know if you have any additional needs.
Unit #16 is our largest cottage & embody the old Florida beach town spirit. It has two bedrooms and a very large kitchen—nice for entertaining. The living room is larger than all of the other cottages making it more like your own home. It has a queen size pull out couch for extra guests with a small additional charge. There is free parking next to this unit.
We are not the newest or fanciest but we are special because we are cute, cozy and homey. We are your home away from home.
