SUNSHINE COZY COTTAGES STRIVES TO MEET THE NEEDS OF ALL GUESTS. AS THE COTTAGES WERE CONSTRUCTED PRIOR TO 1948, THEY ARE INCOMPATIBLE WITH ADA REQUIREMENTS. HOWEVER, PLEASE CALL WITH YOUR SPECIFIC NEEDS SO WE CAN SHARE WHAT OUR LIMITATIONS ARE AND THEN YOU CAN DECIDE IF OUR FACILITY IS RIGHT FOR YOU.

You can enjoy your own little stand-alone cottage with privacy to celebrate your anniversary, birthdays or just get away from your normal activities.
The Bedrooms & Bathrooms
All of our bedrooms have Serta Presidential Double Pillow Top queen sized mattresses for your extra comfort.
The Indian Rocks Beach
The beach access is right across the road from Sunshine Cozy Cottages, so if you don’t mind walking an extra 50 feet to the beach you will save about half the price of the other resorts.

THE HISTORY
Our lovely, historic, stand-alone, quaint cottages complete with their old-fashioned porches may seem to be from another era; that’s because they are! Sunshine Cozy Cottages consist of 14 unique cottages that date back to pre-WW II, ca. 1930.
